Not sure if I can find it; that was two computers ago. I'll have a look and get it to you if I find it. It's a fairly large file. Does your email limit the size of attachments you may receive?

No, never did a review. Life got in the way and I never finished my MAME cabinet. Maybe someday...

I checked my hard drive and didn't find any documentation on the Hydrogen controller. I'm pretty busy at work for the next month, but I'll try to look through old backup drives as soon as I can. Ping me again if you haven't heard from me by mid-August or so.

Did you ever do a review?

I have a couple of these controllers, but in order to use the controllers for more than just simple basic games I'll need the manual, and since "Atom Arcade" no longer exists, I was wondering if you had any info that might help me.

Thanks.

g: LM317s probably would have been better for this. I'm just getting started with electronics, and I just went for what I thought was the simple solution. This just shows why invention is tough; between idea and implementation stand the details. ;-)

Why not use something like an LM317 in place of the 78XXs? You should be able to tune those to just a bit higher than 3V/5V, to account for the diodes' drop.

I love your blog, found it looking for TI/MSP430 Launchpad stuff. But I thought I'd tell you that I like this post! I played a lot in the mid-late 90s, and have just picked it up again because my son was interested. The new cards that have come out since I had quit playing are awesome!
Of course, I'll never again own a black lotus or time walk :-(

Keep em coming!
